Experience Design Leader Accelerating Product Growth in Mobility and Tech | Ford, GM | Agile Practitioner + Design Thinker | Unsettledly Curious Human💡
Big shout out to (Bob) Robert Tiderington, Head of Commercial Tech Partners. Congrats on your new role! :) Those of you who know, Bob, realize how perfectly he balances having a good time and getting things done. Our paths crossed two major times at GM, during the Maven days and the BrightDrop days. Things Bob is known for: 1. Humility - He is always learning and not afraid to be wrong 2. Curiosity - He's constantly asking the right questions 3. Hard work - He's enjoys rolling up his sleeves to make prototypes, or be the boots on the ground. It was a blast building those first delivery containers and testing them around the studio / building.. :) 4. Listening - He first seeks to understand and then be understood. 5. Organized - I remember the huge whiteboard he would have next to his desk in the "Urban Active" / pre-Maven days, to organize who was doing what, its priority, and when it needed to be done, etc.! .. Struct to it religiously. - Thanks for your example! Stay awesome man!!

Big Shout-Out to DataBlend here who are walking the walk! As you know, the doctor despises virtue signalling, which he sees way too much of every International Women's Day when a large number of companies make their annual post about how they support and value women in their organization, and then don't do anything to support, promote or empower women again for another year. Because if you support women, it's pretty clear that you do just through the messaging you do through the year when you welcome, honour, include, recognize, and otherwise promote them and ensure that they have equal opportunity in hiring and promotion processes. It's that simple. https://lnkd.in/diBFt5xN
Have you meet Jocelyn Pade, our Product Manager at DataBlend? She joined the team last fall, and we are thrilled to have her on board! We 💚 that she collects Star Wars ✨ puzzles! Read all about Jocelyn: https://hubs.la/Q02wzlTK0
