Leistritz Pump Technology enhances the Oil & Gas industry by utilising multiphase pumping systems that manage the simultaneous flow of oil, gas, and water, eliminating costly separation processes. 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Twin-screw pumps operate reliably under difficult conditions and offer high gas tolerance and minimal shear forces. 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: These systems reduce flaring and venting, lowering carbon emissions by up to 30% while minimising the environmental footprint of operations. 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: The pumps transport multiphase mixtures without separation, reducing energy consumption and waste. 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: Can cut CAPEX and OPEX by up to 20%, accelerate production, and extend the life of existing wells. 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀: Unlike traditional methods that require separate equipment, multiphase pumping uses a single system, reducing costs and environmental impact by up to 60%. Dynapumps proudly supported by Leistritz Pump Technology, will exhibit at the EXA - Energy Exchange Australia Exhibition from March 11-13, 2025, at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC), Stand Q25. We look forward to connecting with everyone and showcasing our innovative pump solutions for the energy sector. We hope to see you there at EXA 2025. I am constantly amazed at the amount of planning and engineering that went into Noventa Energy Partners's wastewater energy recovery system at Toronto Western Hospital. The post below describes some of the technology used for a vortex drop, where wastewater "drops" from a higher elevation to a lower one, within the system's Wetwell.

FT Gas Control is making advanced, spirally-welded pipes -manufactured in sizes of 400mm and above - available to those involved in the transition to hydrogen-based energy systems and carbon capture initiatives. Engineered to meet exacting performance criteria, the pipes are butt-welded with bevelled pipe ends to ensure high-quality joints and feature a three-layer polyethylene coating that provides excellent protection against corrosion, enhancing the pipeline’s longevity and reliability, particularly in demanding environments. Recognising the challenges of #hydrogen embrittlement and permeability, FT Gas’ pipes have been developed, designed and tested to withstand pressures up to 80 bar, making them ideal for the #transport of 100% gaseous hydrogen. The pipes are suitable for #carboncapture and transport too, where the high-pressure rating and corrosion-resistant polyethylene coating are crucial in handling CO₂ streams, especially in the presence of moisture. Should you require further information, please email enquiries@ftgascontrol.co.uk or telephone 01543 416024. #energytransition #decarbonisation #netzero #energysecurity #sustainability https://lnkd.in/eAFnSH6S

Quick bite ...#ESG #HR .HyBlend: Opportunities for Hydrogen Blending in Natural Gas Pipelines ..Hydrogen produced through clean pathways can be injected into natural gas pipelines, and the resulting blends can be used to generate heat and power with lower emissions than using natural gas alone. Blend limits depend on the design and condition of current pipeline materials, of pipeline infrastructure equipment, and of applications that utilize natural gas. The HyBlend team will test pipeline materials in varying concentrations of hydrogen at pressures up to 100 bar to assess their susceptibility to hydrogen effects. #quickbite

An increasing demand for gas and oil creates the need to keep marginal fields productive. Gaspro’s multiphase pump technology enables previously shut-in and low-pressure wells to be brought back to production. They allow for the development of remote locations and previously uneconomical fields. Environmentally conscious handling of emissions is a growing concern. Gaspro’s multiphase pumps are a unique mechanism for increasing production while addressing environmental needs. They eliminate venting and flaring, eradicate surging/slugging, reduce costs, and boost operational pressure. Tap for more reasons to choose Gaspro’s multiphase pump package. https://buff.ly/3V3DU2f
