Andrew McConnell: can confirm, with a session from Erin Pheil yesterday I slept like a damn angel last night, and am tackling the day with gusto and love. Much to be done, and thanks to a peaceful mind and peaceful sleep (with the help of Erin) I'm ready to do it today. 🙏🏻

Gamechanger Andrew McConnell . Post covid, I have stopped using an alarm and allowing my body to wake up when ready. Now have a nice rhythm in place and can certainly feel the difference when I go off track

I aim for 8 hours of sleep == but have realized that doesnt really happen 😫. thanks for teh remidner - will plan relaxing baths and keeping my phone away!! thats the worst - the phone distraction before goign to bed!

I live by this advice. If I had to say I have one non-negotiable, it’s getting enough sleep!💤 Otherwise, I cannot function on all cylinders!

I struggle with sleep. It’s actually a goal of mine to consistently have 7 hours. Working on it!
