Balancing Workload & Learning in HR As a newcomer in HR, one of my biggest challenges has been juggling daily tasks with continuous learning. Here's what's working for me: 1. Structured Time Management: I block out specific times for emails, project work, and learning. It's amazing how a little structure goes a long way! 2. Learning on the Job: Every task is a learning opportunity. My first recruitment drive taught me so much about candidate communication. 3. Asking Questions: I've learned that thoughtful questions show engagement, not incompetence. It's okay to seek clarity! 4. Embracing Mistakes: My first exit interview was... interesting. But reflecting on it has really improved my skills. Still figuring it out, but I'm getting there. Fellow HR professionals, how do you balance work and learning? Any tips for a newcomer like me? Let's learn from each other! #HRFresher #ContinuousLearning #HRCommunity
