The persistent need for women's spaces, like The Ladies Lounge at MONA, is starkly highlighted by studies indicating a high percentage of women feel unsafe in public spaces, writes Danielle Asciak, CEO of The Women's Club, Sydney. The problem with women-only spaces is all the guys that are trying to keep away from the same kind of men aren’t allowed in.
