Thrilled to announce tickets to another 30+ city tour with R&B ONLY went live today bringing the amount of events ive supported close to 300 🥳 But Its not without its challenges. Here’s what we’re up against in the next 4-6 months and what we plan on doing 1) Last minute attendees People are making plans at the last minute more than ever before. Early bird offers just aren’t as effective in this new landscape. We're making shifts to the media planning & how we allocate between early birds/ last minute attendees. 2) Testing new platforms & mediums We’re diving into new channels and mediums, experimenting with different ad formats, and constantly testing new ideas further discovering what customers want & optimizing on the fly. 3) Setting expectations with customers to build trust This tour is different. We’ve made some significant upgrades to enhance the overall experience, and we need to make sure everyone knows it. Clear communication about what’s new and improved is key to setting the right expectations & earning customers trust. The bottom line is the testing and iterating never stops 🎟️
