Happy New Year! 🎉 Thrilled to be back at it in 2024. Over the last few weeks, I took a much-needed break to spend time with loved ones, reflect on 2023 and set goals for 2024. I read a few books, played tennis, took our dog for walks and went to the beach for a swim (weather permitting #melbournesummer)... I also spent some time working on Flawless HR and thinking about the direction that I want the business to go in this year. When I start a new year, I like to plan ahead so that when I'm back at work in January, I feel organised and motivated.
