Account Handler at Howden

I wholeheartedly agree with Kelly Ogley insightful article emphasizing the importance of being "in the high-street" rather than just "on the high-street" in the insurance industry. Being embedded in the community, actively engaging in local initiatives, and showcasing a commitment to being a force for good are crucial aspects that foster trust and loyalty. It's about striking a balance between traditional community presence and embracing technology to meet modern-day client needs effectively. Providing professional, friendly, and top service is paramount in building lasting relationships and ensuring clients feel supported when they need it most. Purchasing insurance online may seem convenient, but it lacks the personal touch that a good broker can provide. Imagine being in a stressful situation like a car accident and having to navigate through automated phone systems to speak to a real person. A good broker offers the human element, providing advice and support when you need it most. As a broker, I work hard to find the best policy for my clients at a reasonable premium. I take the time to understand their needs and build strong relationships with them. When a client experiences a loss, I genuinely feel for them and do everything I can to help. When choosing a broker, trust your instincts. Pay attention to how you are treated and whether the agent is knowledgeable and attentive. A good broker will prioritize your needs and provide the support you deserve. #insurance #Howden #OneHowden #Forceforgood #insurancebroker Howden #trust #local
