A little Wednesday Wisdom for founders, leaders, managers, teams and organizations looking to create a culture of inclusivity and innovation resulting in new paradigms and shifts over time. Offices date back to the 1700's in London with the Old Admiralty Building. By 1885, the first skyscrapers were being built. Modern office spaces began to flourish in the 60's with the concept of sharing ideas together. The Covid-19 Global pandemic in 2020 created fully remote offices; with over 40% still working in some form of remote/hybrid - despite the push for RTO. If I am predicting anything... The past 300 years of optimizing office culture, processes and efficiencies is not going to evolve more than what it was prior to the pandemic. And let's be honest - it wasn't working well for many people, and in many cases, was less productive than remote or hybrid. The next 10-20 years are going to find us in a revolution of opportunity for remote, hybrid and new collaborative models that further advance, evolve and grow - thanks to design, technology, AI, automation, and software efficiencies. In fact, his will only drive and accelerate creativity and innovation, while giving birth to a new rebellious renaissance in creativity, collaboration and culture - where diverse and unlikely artists, technologists, poets and scientists come together in harmonious dischord. #growth #innovation #rto #culturetransformation #designcommunity #creative #technology #leadershipmatters #global
