As a result, Keller Williams has always been known to harbor a strong culture. The WI4C2TES belief system solidifies it. 𝐊𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐬 believes in God, family, and business. In that exact order. This system has heavily influenced the company's culture and operations inside and outside the industry. I think we captured the essence of the team: - We are a culture of WE. - We care more. - We own it. - We do the right thing, even when no one is looking. - We have grit. We suggest that behaviors - everyday actions - are more important than values that are just words on a wall. I believe resonance with company values and everyday behaviors lead to performance.
