Remembering the Dream: Honoring Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Yesterday was the #MLKDay So, each day this week, I will post one of his quotes. I will also share a brief thought. I believe that his words and writing are still relevant today. Please think about them and commit to doing something about what you read. #MLK spoke about doing small things in a big way. You can turn big ships by turning small rudders, and big doors swing on small hinges. So, small changes in habits, daily routines, or attitudes can lead to a bigger impact. Also, little gestures of kindness and respect can make a difference. Even when our jobs are insignificant or menial, we should do our jobs well and commit to being the best, even in the most trivial parts of our work. Let us honor his legacy by making a significant impact through our small actions—every step towards greatness in life or the workplace counts. Small steps lead to substantial changes. 🌟 #MLKLegacy #MLKDay #MartinLutherKingJr #DreamBig #CivilRightsLegacy #EqualityForAll #IHaveADream #JusticeAndPeace #MLKLegacy #KingDay2024 #UnityInDiversity #leadership #SmallStepsBigImpact #habits #change #impact #legacy #success

As Dr. King did, it's important to consider the root problems that give rise to the symptoms we see in our society.
