Today, let's dive deeper than just quotes and truly honor Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy. 💡 His words are powerful, but there's so much more to his teachings. His quotes are transformative. But the real magic happens when we live out his teachings in our daily lives. On this Martin Luther King Jr. Day, I want to share some impactful takeaways from his life: 🔵 Change isn't always about grand gestures. Often, it's the small acts of kindness and service that create a ripple effect of positive change in the world. 🔵 Inclusion is key. It’s 2024, yet the fight against racism persists, and it's up to us to foster diversity and stand united in this cause. 🔵 Make your own path to impact the world. There's no universal guide on how to make a difference. Your unique journey can start anywhere, anytime. As we remember MLK Jr. today, let's reflect on the kind of legacy or change we aspire to leave behind the way he did. #MartinLutherKingJr #Leadership #MLK #Motivation #Entreprenership #LinkedIn
Great post Joshua B. Lee when we look at the percentages we know that we have a long way to go, although we have made great progress. On another note, being kind to everyone, take a moment to walk in their shoes, it is easy to judge but everyone comes from a background and has a story. Having compassion in our leadership will get a lot more done and make more progress.
Seems like there was also a President who uttered the words, "𝑨𝒔𝒌 𝒏𝒐𝒕..."
Josh, your words are so true. MLK Jr.'s quotes are profound, but it's the actions that truly matter. This MLK Day, let's take a moment to reflect on how we can contribute to a more inclusive and compassionate world.
Joshua B. Lee Absolutely, reflecting on Martin Luther King Jr.'s life and teachings goes beyond just quoting his words. It's about embodying the values and principles he stood for and actively working towards positive change in our communities and the world.
Great reminder, Josh. MLK Jr. encourages us to find our own paths to make a positive impact.
Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others? '” Today, as we commemorate Martin Luther King, Jr., we're once again inspired by his unwavering commitment to service.Joshua B. Lee
Well said, Josh. MLK Jr. showed us that change starts with us, one step at a time.
It’s the dreams that change the course of history.
I couldn't agree more, Josh. MLK Jr.'s wisdom goes beyond words. It's about embracing change through small acts of kindness.

8moAll great insights Joshua B. Lee...I like this from a sermon he gave on Easter after coming back from the Holy Land... And so this morning, let us not be disillusioned. Let us not lose faith. So often we’ve been crucified. We’ve been buried in numerous graves—the grave of economic insecurity, the grave of exploitation, the grave of oppression. We’ve watched justice trampled over and truth crucified. But I’m here to tell you this morning, Easter reminds us that it won’t be like that all the way. It reminds us that God has a light that can shine amid all of the darkness. And he can bring all of the light of day out of the darkness of the midnight.
