Hey lads and ladies! Accountability Check - Week #1 Exactly 9 days ago, I committed to giving weekly updates on my progress, and here it is! First of all, it took 9 days instead of 7 because, over the past 2 days, something very interesting was happening. I can't wait to share that update with you all in the future. So let's start, here are my activities of the week (I wouldn't call them accomplishments, but it is what it is, no?): - Made significant progress in my certification journey. - Got into buildspace Nights and Weekends S5, and it has been an incredible journey. - Explored my first idea, LangLink, and started working on it. It's a long shot, but I'll make sure it's worth it. - Made my first international friend (+ accountability buddy), thanks to Farza Majeed for Sage. It's the best platform for connecting with like-minded people and collaborating on very cool ideas. - Learned about systems and their importance in our lives. As the saying goes, "You don't rise to your goals but fall to your system." I'm trying to find the best one that fits my way of doing things. - Worked extensively on my communication skills. Shoutout to Vinh Giang, the best in the game of communication. - Started working part-time as a technical analyst with Dream Consultants, and it's been pretty good so far. - Cooked up 2 ideas back-to-back, and they are going to be amazing when they come to life, I swear. So this is what my week looked like. how did your's turn out ? (open to opinions and advices) #buildspace #sage #learninpublic #business #accountability #communication #growth

It has been awhile since I laughed this much! The work we do at LINK is important to our federal and commercial partners, and we deliver seriously good products to help them achieve their goals. But we don't take ourselves too seriously. Take a peek at our offsite week and see the spirit and connection that fuels us and helps us create compelling visual stories to drive strategy and change. #designthinking #visualization #designstrategy #humancentereddesign
That’s a wrap on the 2024 LINK retreat in Charleston! Throughout the couple of days of collaboration, teamwork, co-creation and fun, we lived our core values: open-minded; human-centered; joyous; multi-faceted. Since our last retreat in May, we’ve grown by 12 teammates. It was an incredible moment to see what the team can do together today, and envision where we will go together in the future. #designthinking #visualization #designstrategy #humancentereddesign

🌱 Spring: At the onset of a new project, ideas sprout like fresh buds in spring. It's a season of anticipation and planning, where the groundwork is laid, much like planting seeds in fertile soil. Concepts are cultivated, and the potential for growth is vast. ☀️ Summer: As the project progresses, it enters a vibrant summer phase. This is the time for creative blossoming and development, mirroring the energy and productivity of the longest days. Ideas flourish, and the project gains momentum under the warmth of collaboration and innovation. 🍂 Autumn: Transitioning into the autumn of the project, there might be shifts and changes, akin to the changing colors of fall foliage. It's a season of refinement, where the initial concepts are pruned and honed. Challenges are embraced, and the project undergoes a transformative process. ❄️ Winter: Culminating in the winter phase, the project reaches its completion. This season symbolizes the final stages, where the project is polished and refined like a winter landscape covered in snow. It's a time for reflection, consolidation, and delivering the finished product—a testament to the journey from inception to realization. Just as each season contributes to the cycle of nature, every phase in a project is crucial to its overall success and impact. The beauty lies in embracing the unique qualities of each season and recognizing the value they bring to the creative process. In closing, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our wonderful clients who entrusted us with their creative endeavors. Your trust has been the driving force behind the changing seasons of each project. Together, we've planted seeds of innovation in spring, basked in the vibrant energy of summer, navigated the transitions of autumn, and witnessed the fulfillment of our collective efforts in the winter. Your belief in our creative journey is the catalyst for our success, and we are immensely thankful for the collaborative spirit that defines each project. Here's to more seasons of growth, creativity, and shared achievements. Thank you for being an integral part of our story. 🌞 Summer Priorities: What Values Are You Embracing? 🌻 As the school year winds down and the days grow longer, I'm shifting my focus to the values I want to embody this summer. Recently, I hosted an evening gathering with my neighbors, switching up our usual happy hour routine for something a bit more creative. Vision board-making was on the agenda, and the response was fantastic! I prompted everyone with questions like: What 1-3 values do you want to prioritize this summer? How do these values look and feel to you? What imagery captures these feelings for you? The result? An evening filled with laughter, creativity, and connection as we flipped through magazines, tearing out images and words that resonated with our chosen values. What values are guiding your summer plans? How might crafting a vision board help bring them to life? I'd love to hear your thoughts! And if you'd like a copy of the values list and instructions I used, just drop me a message. Sharing is caring, after all! 😊🎨 #SummerGoals #VisionBoarding #CommunitySpirit

Founder & CEO at The Weekend Door - Key To Your Happy Place Luxury Vacation Rental Stays | Second Home Vacation Villas Realtor in Hyderabad.
Most innovative and successful teams have one thing in common- They have fun together! I’m not saying that. A recent study by MIT is. What does that mean? Turn your office into a circus? Not exactly (unless that's your thing). But a little bit of fun and games can go a long way. Creating intentional hours for the team to have fun together sparks creativity, encourages innovation, and fosters a collaborative and dynamic work environment. So, don't underestimate the power of a little fun. After all, some of the best ideas come when you're relaxed and having a good time. If you need help planning your next team getaway, reach out to me. I’m building something unique for your team to break the ice and have fun together. #Theweekendexperiences #CreatingMemories #Founders

NOTION LOVERS 💖 I'm sure you already heard, but if you didn't... Notion launched a calendar and it's amazing. 📆 If you haven't used Notion before, it requires an investment of time upfront to learn its ways and build it to work for you. It can feel a little intimidating at first but it is oh-so worth it in the end. I use it for: - Social Media Management of multiple brands - Task management (with The Productivity Method, of course). - All kinds of personal things, from cycle tracking to travel planning. The possibilities are endless, and the new calendar integrates seamlessly with *multiple* Google Cals, meaning I can finally easily see my personal, joint and work calendars in one (beautiful) place. Are you a notion-brain person? If so, what do you use it for? I'm all ears 👂

Bringing the Spark Back To The Workplace I Certified Sparketype® Advisor I Disruptor Speaker Mentor | Innovation Creativity and Storytelling I “You can’t start a fire without a SPARK” #culture #leadership #purpose
Creativity gives us a choice. Creativity gives us hope that in some way we can be special, we can be ourselves, we can create our own futures. It gives us the chance to be better at our jobs, create some significant relationships, to be more efficient or effective with our time. The chance to achieve greatness in all aspects of our lives so that before we take our last breath we can say, ‘Look at what I achieved, I created and not just consumed.’ It is why in every workshop I do, one of the most fun, most fulfilling parts of the day is the time spent coming up with ideas. Here is one from the public ‘Find Your Spark’ workshop: Spark 3: Pit Crew What is it? An emphasis on project teams that multi task. If you are around high-performing teams, you’ll notice that they possess a dual focus. Half of their attention is firmly on the project at hand, while the other keeps a sharp eye on the team’s inner workings. Like race-car drivers, they make regular pit stops to tune the group’s engine and fill its fuel tanks. What makes it exciting? It is a system, like what IDEO has pioneered called the ‘Flight Check-In’ system. It involves team meetings held before, during and after the project. The deeper benefit is located not just in increasing your team’s self-awareness but also in building the organizational habit of carving out time to create a conversation about the most vital, continual questions you face: How well are we working together? How might we get better at it? If you need an idea fix, I look forward to seeing you at the next Find Your Spark event (first Monday of every month at the Brighton Baths). The next one being September the 2nd. 👨🎨 by the illuminating Bill Wood illustration #engagement #energy #excitement #purpose #potential #possibility
