Together, we can tackle our most challenging problems. This week I was inspired not by the lofty goals, illuminating research or the theory of change but by the practical, tactical, gritty commitment to get it done. Thanks to the City and partners for hosting the first affordable housing week at city hall and to so many partners in other rooms working on policy change at the state level. Digital inclusion can do so much more than enable tenants to engage with their landlord. It can help people access learning, access jobs, save money on a range of products and services, and stay connected to loved ones. And digital inclusion is not just about devices. The cost of data can be a major barrier for those on low incomes and a lack of digital skills and confidence can also be a barrier. Nick Horne MBA FCA FRSA is bound to be an engaging speaker on this topic. Looks like it’ll be a great session!
