It is our pleasure to share with you our distinguished partnership with Groupe Airwell, highlighted by the testimonial from Groupe Airwell's Development Manager, Karim AI Mountassim: "We have integrated the microinverter offer from APsystems with our PV modules, which comply with the low carbon standards imposed on commercial buildings. The fact that we use microinverter technology allows us to have very low voltage on the roof. In terms of security, it is clearly an advantage." 🤝 Our three-phase microinverters QT2 series are meticulously designed to match the highest power modules, boasting a maximal DC input current of 20A. Besides, the QT2 series microinverters feature an integrated safety protection relay along with an adjustable output power factor, thereby augmenting the overall safety and reliability of the system. ⚡️ We express gratitude for the valuable insights provided by Karim AI Mountassim and anticipate fostering more collaborations to propel the global adoption of photovoltaics. 🌱 Explore more information about this collaboration: https://lnkd.in/g9STcDCN #APsystems #GroupeAirwell #PartnershipSuccess #WhatOurPartnersSay #Microinverters #ThreePhase

Smart grids usher in a new era of energy efficiency, delivering real-time data on energy consumption to empower consumers in optimizing their usage habits and steering clear of peak demand periods when energy costs are elevated. As we are moving towards the energy transition the reliance on fossil fuels to provide power generation is another subject for decarbonization. Integrating renewables is another challenge. The contemporary smart grid represents an evolution of conventional power grids, seamlessly integrating information and communication technology to enhance the transmission of electricity from suppliers to consumers, thereby elevating reliability, efficiency, infrastructure, power system availability, advanced metering technology, and energy management strategies. However, the proliferation of connected devices, encompassing both wired and wireless connections, amplifies the intricacies of data transmission, thereby heightening vulnerability to potential cyber threats. I will be on the "Panel: Protecting the Grid of the Future: Cybersecurity as a Risk Mitigator and Business Enabler" with Lee Choon Kwee (SP Group) and moderated by Jane Lo #smartgrid #cybersecurity

🔋 Virtual Power Plants (VPPs): A Game Changer for the U.S. Grid 🔋 Deploying 80-160 GW of VPPs by 2030 could significantly enhance the U.S. grid's capacity to support rapid electrification, reduce overall grid costs, and redirect spending from peaker plants to participants. Key Highlights: 🔹 VPPs could address 10-20% of the coincident peak demand, potentially avoiding $10B in annual grid costs. 🔹 By 2030, coincident peak demand is expected to rise by ~60 GW, with 200 GW of demand requiring new resources. 🔹 VPPs integrate smart appliances, rooftop solar, EVs, and more to balance demand and supply, providing grid services like traditional power plants.
