Although the summer is in full swing, however, we do not stop at Bring Women Back to Work We are currently looking for new participants from Poland 🇵🇱 , Czechia 🇨🇿 , Bulgaria 🇧🇬 , Romania 🇷🇴 , and Hungary 🇭🇺 to join our 3rd cohort starting after summer! And who better to tell you about why it is a good idea than our very own Jemma Byrne, the SVP of Alliances at Salesforce? Last week I had a chance to meet with Jemma in our London office and I began by asking her why should women, who think of returning to the workforce, consider Salesforce: “Salesforce has a very healthy Ecosystem, there are lots of opportunities to learn something new or dip your toe back into something you might have done before. I love the way many of Salesforce partners are aligned with similar values to Salesforce and let’s not forget to mention Trailhead our free online learning platform which has so many ways to learn new skills!” Many of our participants are women who are mothers and have a variety of educational backgrounds. It is a fact that employers greatly benefit from hiring diverse talent. According to Jemma, we are seeing many companies looking in more diverse places to hire new talent, it’s not just from the other technology companies. Salesforce and its partners are seeing the benefit of hiring individuals who have been re-skilled, a fresh perspective with a bounce of energy goes a long way in leadership and building new teams.
