Bring Women Back to Work

I am always guided by my instinct, and I am delighted to have made the decision to establish an NGO for our program, BWBW. What led me to this decision? Since the program's launched, more than 100 women have successfully returned to work and entered the workforce after taking a longer career break and in a new Industry, all thanks to the community of Bwbw! My team and over 100 volunteers are dedicated to accelerating and expanding the program to new heights. Our aim is to reskill 4000 women by 2026 and reintegrate 3700 of them into the Salesforce Ecosystem! This significant step forward will enable us to secure funds and find donors to expedite expansion into other countries! My ultimate goal is to extend our reach to various locations in Europe, as well as places like Africa and India, wherever our women need us the most! ✨ Bring Women Back to Work (BWBW) is excited to share the journey of Maria Fernandez Cabral, a graduate of the BWBW program in Germany ✨ Following a successful career in the non-profit and education sectors in the United States of America, Maria relocated and worked in the education sector in Germany. Following a short break after the birth of her daughter, Maria joined the BWBW program. Her time with the program inspired her to create her own business, The Eltern Hub, which specializes in supporting expats relocating to Germany 🚀 For those who are hesitant about taking the plunge to rejoin the workforce after a break, Maria's advice is reassuring: "Dive in! There is no perfect time and we might never feel 100% ready to start something new. ✨The journey begins with Salesforce Certification ✨ At Bring Women Back to Work (BWBW), we kickstart our participants' transformative journey with certification as Salesforce Certified Administrators, a pivotal step in our program that opens doors to new opportunities. Our participants receive an intensive two weeks of training classes from our partner K2 University. With K2 University on their side, we ensure our participants excel in the digital space by achieving in-demand Salesforce certifications.
