This paper from David James at 360Learning is well worth reading. It offers a useful, 7-step process for improving the impact of your work in L&D. It draws on the results of surveying over 2,500 people across three countries (US, UK and France).  The survey explores how people at work feel about what the L&D department offers them. It is clearly written, in simple language, offers immediately applicable advice and it is not over long. Recommended reading. I have no financial interest in making this post.
