Great news! The Maternal and Child Health Stillborn Prevention Act recently passed the U.S. House, a major milestone towards becoming law. This bipartisan bill, endorsed by organizations like ACOG, AWHONN, March of Dimes, NPWH and more, seeks to include stillbirth and stillbirth prevention to Title V of the Social Security Act to support further evidence-based programs, activities and research to reduce the incidence of stillbirth.
