Every October, Microsoft employees come together to make a difference through fundraising and volunteering events, supporting organizations they care about in the communities in which they live and work. Together, we can do more than any of us can alone. Since 1971 The Harbour has provided emergency housing and supportive services to youth experiencing homelessness to promote safety, stability, and personal growth. Harbour's mission is to end youth homelessness. Traditionally, The Harbour has heavily utilized government funding to support direct services as well as fundamental day-to-day operations.
