We put together this print-quality poster on the ABCs of fall protection. The ABCs apply when using a PFAS (Personal Fall Arrest System) and PFRS (Personal Fall Restraint System). With PFAS specifically, you'll need to expand the ABCs to ABCDs. The D stands for Decent and Rescue. Always have an emergency rescue plan in place for recovering fallen workers. A fall arrest system must be used if there is a risk to a user who may fall and cause injury to themselves. This system quite literally acts as a safety net to catch you if you lose your balance or footing. By using a fall arrest system, you're significantly reducing the risk of such accidents and ensuring that you and your team stay safe on the job.
