Getting teams and employees outside to improve well-being, community and imagination | Outdoor Coach | Facilitator | Systems Thinker

Q3 seems to be the time when people are handing in their notice (and the fourth most common month for resigning is January). They've had a break from work, maybe two weeks in the sun and they've come to the conclusion that this job really isn't a good fit any more. Is there anything that employers can do to hold onto talent? The short answer is yes, of course. But it won't be a quick fix. For people to feel good about their work they need autonomy, impact and the chance to grow. Culture change takes time but investing in your team's wellbeing and growth through coaching is a good start. Add in the comments what your best employer did for you to retain you as an employee. If you're in north Manchester and want to talk through the benefits of coaching for your team, drop me a message
