If you are a fresher, Please understand that moonlighting isn't a crime and you can clearly ask HR about if your company allows moonlighting or not before joining. The reason companies don't allow moonlighting is Freshers don't usually able to handle it efficiently and soon reach a burnout. Another reason is they don't understand treason. Using company resources or time to profit your other job is wrong and it costs company a lot more than you think. As long as you understand this well enough (the risk and the benifits), Feel free to Moonlight on good terms with your company. Week 9 at Deel is approaching its end & my swag has just arrived Anyone who knows me, knows I can often be found in a cap, so I guess I’ll be sporting this one today I get a ton of reach outs from people about working at Deel, so I wanted to give some insight about my journey in: - I networked thoroughly, luckily I knew Leo Crowe , but throughout my application I connected with lots more - I applied to multiple roles - I applied for 5 different roles at Deel, before I get an interview - I was specific in my search about what interested me, and didn’t interest me. I knew my WHY? Before I sent any applications I assessed what was important to me in my next role: trajectory, a great manager and somewhere I can work remotely for family need reasons - I was prepared thoroughly for every interaction, researching each and every interviewee - Interviews are short in relative terms, so you need to know the persons journey to Deel too If you’ve got any questions reach out 🙌🙌

Reflecting on an Amazing Internship with Bluebeam and Embracing New Beginnings with CREA 🚀 As I embark on a new chapter, I can't help but look back with immense gratitude for the incredible experience I had as a software sales development intern at Bluebeam. My time at Bluebeam allowed me to play a pivotal role in the company's paradigm shift from perpetual to SAAS, giving me an up-close look at the dynamic world of software sales. From streamlining internal processes to crafting impactful email campaigns with Zach Konicek, Jeff Hartle, and Brandon Cullum every moment was a valuable learning opportunity. I want to express my sincere thanks to the Bluebeam team for their guidance, mentorship, and support. Working directly with Mary Santoro VP of Global Sales was an invaluable experience that has shaped my understanding of effective sales strategies. My internship extended beyond the mentorship, as I had the chance to fully immerse myself in the world of software sales. Engaging with the Inside Sales team provided me with a firsthand view of their dynamic processes and strategies. Thank you to Katelyn Wells for being such a great role model, and allowing me to participate in user calls, where I gained insights into addressing user pain points and presenting solutions in real-time. Additionally, attending meetings facilitated by Ed Crouch centered around SMB/SDR further deepened my understanding of the sales landscape, and how to foster a supportive team environment. And now, as I step into this exciting new chapter, I'm thrilled to share that I'm joining CREA, Commercial Real Estate Advisors as a fall intern this semester.
