My interview video for this week looks at questions; specifically some that you, as an interviewee, should consider asking to the Hiring Manager(s). I have broken this down into three main areas:
1) Questions relating to the role; diving into the technical requirements, expectations and any challenges to expect
2) Questions relating to the organisation; this could be looking at the size overall, the divisions and how the structure looks
3) Questions directed to the Hiring Manager(s) specifically, perhaps enquiring how they got into the business and their main achievements?
I will be posting one final video next week on excellent answers to have prepared to questions asked by hiring managers that will ensure you give the strongest account of yourself during the interview!
