---⏰MY CAT JOURNEY⏰--- ⏰My journey has been full of ups and downs. In 2022, when I made up my mind of preparing of MBA entrances, I was very confused about how to start. I enrolled in an offline coaching centre. Though CAT 2022 wasn't my attempt, still I started with brushing up my basics .It is very important to know the basics. ⏰In January 2023, My actual journey started. With my college 2nd year going on, I started studying meticulously day and night.During Feb I started with 2 RCs, 1 LRDI set and 20 Quants questions per day.Consistency is very important to Crack any competitive exams. So ,this phase went quite smooth and by the month of May 2023, I was almost done with my syllabus.(VARC,DILR and QA) ⏰From June 2023, I started attempting mocks. The actual reality starts from the time when you start giving mocks. I was constantly scoring low in my mocks. I tried analysing my mistakes and started working on it. I connected to some seniors on LinkedIn and asked them about their strategy. There were times when I scored negative in mocks. But losing hope is not the solution .To regain my confidence, I opted for 40 mins sectional test. This gave me an individual idea of how to attempt questions in each sections.Finding out mistakes is the key of improvement. ⏰Around September 2023,I observed a little better performance in my mocks. But there was a lot to go.I was already in my 3rd year of college and there were a lot of things going in my mind CAT exam was just 2 months away and there was no significant difference in my marks.People often say that "mocks marks doesn't matter but honestly speaking,it shows you the reality of how you are going to score on the D-DAY". ⏰Till the month of November, I was constantly giving mocks because it is very important to get used to the paper pattern, so that one can manage time on the D-Day. One should be very confident about their strategy and preparation You are the best! ⏰Last but not the least, Staying Calm on the D-DAY helped me the most to Crack CAT'23 in the very 1st attempt. I am really excited and looking forward for the new journey!🩷 #CAT2023 #Success #FirstAttempt #MBAentrance

Embrace Your Effort: The Real Key to Success in Competitive Exams I've often heard my friends and students preparing for competitive exams say, "This year, there are fewer seats. How will I get selected? Maybe I'll try next year." They get demotivated easily and quit. But what are the factors that determine success in competitive exams? Some people attribute it to fate, others to circumstances, and some to luck. However, do we have control over these elements? The answer is "NO." We don't have control over fate, circumstances, or luck. If we wait for everything in life to fall into place according to our preferences, we might spend our entire lives waiting. Therefore, it's essential to focus on what we can control. And the one thing we have complete control over is our effort. Regardless of the situation or what fate or luck might bring, we can always give our 100% sincerely. This is entirely up to us, and it's also our responsibility to do so. Taking full responsibility for our preparation means consistently putting in our best effort, no matter the circumstances. So, instead of fixating on fate, luck, or the situation, recognize that your efforts are responsible for your success in the competitive exam. Nothing else! Prepare diligently, study thoroughly, and practice consistently. Your commitment and hard work are the keys to your success. Don’t let uncontrollable factors distract you. Focus on what you can do and give it your all. Your efforts will determine your outcome. That's why it is said in Bhagwat Gita, "Karma Kiye Jaa Phall Ki Chinta Mat Kar" (Think of all the possibilities all the results all the goals while planning and once you start working just focus on your actions and once done leave the fruits of your actions to God). So, ask yourself: Are you ready to take control of your efforts and shape your future, or will you let uncontrollable factors dictate your path? Do let me know in your comments. #SuccessMindset #CompetitiveExams #AchieveYourDreams #PreparationIsKey #HardWorkPaysOff #StayFocused #NeverGiveUp

Reflecting on my journey, I've come to understand the profound impact of learning from mistakes. In my earlier years, I was riding high on the wave of success, excelling in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities. However, the bubble burst when my overconfidence led to a disappointing performance in my 10th board exams. Despite high expectations from myself, my parents, and teachers, I fell short of the mark, scoring only 92%. It was a wake-up call that I hadn't anticipated. Initially, I struggled to comprehend the gravity of my mistake. Instead of channeling the disappointment into motivation, I allowed it to dampen my spirits and diminish my enthusiasm for academics. The repercussions were evident as I approached my 12th board exams. Amidst the pressure, personal issues, and the betrayal of a close friend, I found myself battling not only academic challenges but also health setbacks, as I was hospitalized due to typhoid. The outcome was far from ideal, with a mere 73% in my 12th board exams. I watched as my peers secured coveted seats in prestigious colleges and embarked on promising career trajectories. Meanwhile, I found myself grappling with limited options and financial constraints. It was a humbling experience that forced me to confront the harsh realities of life. Yet, amidst the disappointment and setbacks, I refused to succumb to despair. I recognized the importance of resilience and the transformative power of learning from mistakes. Instead of dwelling on past regrets, I embraced the opportunity for growth and self-improvement. Today, as I look back on my journey, I'm grateful for the invaluable lessons learned along the way. While the road may have been fraught with obstacles, it has also been marked by moments of resilience, determination, and unwavering optimism. Moving forward, I'm committed to charting a new course—one fueled by a growth mindset, a relentless pursuit of excellence, and an unwavering belief in the inherent potential for change. I refuse to let setbacks define me; instead, I choose to view them as stepping stones towards personal and professional fulfillment. So here's to embracing life's challenges, learning from our mistakes, and never losing sight of the limitless possibilities that lie ahead. After all, as the saying goes, "The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing." #LifeLessons #GrowthMindset #Resilience #NeverGiveUp

Are you enjoying the journey or not? 🤔 Let's take an example - You start preparing for an exam. Suppose you spend 3-4 months preparing for the exam and when the result is announced, you clear it. ✅ The result was just announced on a single day and you might even throw a party to celebrate, but that'll also last for just a day. Right? 🤔 I'm pretty sure you'll not be partying for months to compensate for the efforts you put in for the same time. You better not!👀 We rarely realize when we start obsessing over the end result and just start craving for the end gratification rather than living in the moment and start enjoying the process! 😪 So you tell me in the comments below, What makes more sense to you? a. Slog for months or even years and enjoy a day of success? 😓 Or b. Enjoy the journey in itself? ✨ #dedication #hardworkpaysoff #success #mondaymotivation #monga

Ever been studying and suddenly thought, “The exam is so close!”?🙂 It’s like you’re finally getting into the study zone, understanding a tricky topic or remembering important dates, and then out of nowhere – this thought hits you. That happened to me recently. I was deep into my notes, finally making sense of something tough, when suddenly, I panicked: “The exam is almost here!”😐 And just like that, my focus was gone. My mind started racing with everything I hadn’t studied yet. I started doubting myself: “Have I studied enough? What if I forget everything?” Instead of being productive, I was stuck worrying.🥴 These thoughts can hit you anytime – maybe when you’re in the middle of revising or after you’ve finally memorized something. They come just to waste your time, to distract you from what’s important. They try to bring you down, making you feel unprepared. But here’s the thing: they’re just thoughts, and you don’t have to let them take over.💪 So here’s what I did. I paused, took a deep breath, and reminded myself of what I’ve already done. I focused on one small part at a time instead of thinking about the whole exam. I kept telling myself, “You’ve got this,” and slowly, the fear started to fade. It wasn’t easy, but it helped.✍️ If this ever happens to you, remember – those thoughts are just there to waste your time. Don’t let them pull you down. Take a deep breath, focus on what you’ve already accomplished, and keep going. You’ve worked hard, and you’re stronger than you think.🙅 Remember those thoughts doesn't define you -Your hardwork does!! Have you ever felt like this? Maybe right before a big test or project? How do you push through? Let’s share some ideas in the comments and help each other out. 👇 #connections #learn #grow

Honestly, it’s quite fine if you find yourself on your business journey sitting at your table alone. Here’s some things you should be #learning before you invite others to sit with you, because you will for sure need to, but for now, just focus on these few things 👇🏽 1. Build your #confidence! I’ve been screaming this since I started my coaching business in 2017! I’ve met some rich people with low confidence and low #selfesteem and have even worked for some…. 🫠. You never know it’s a problem until you exude it and it bothers them. Confidence is a tool and can be a weapon that can get you very far in life, #business, or the #corporateladder. Learn to be secure in yourself so when you find a possible Judas at your table, because it will happen 🙄, you are still so sure in yourself and your vision that the coins nor you stop!! Will you grieve? Yes, but don’t stop! 2. Set your #standards and your #boundaries! The only way you can properly do this is through good, wholesome #selfdiscovery inner work. Equip your #emotionalintelligence, seek to understand #humanbehavior more, and solidify your #selfbelief. There are people who believe in you and support you 100%. On the other hand, there are people that are not as emotionally mature as you and will only always project what they wished their life would have been on you by making you believe that yours can’t be what you want it to be. I’ve long since stopped seeking to be understood. Either you rock with me or not. Either way I lose no sleep. 3. You KNOW what YOU KNOW. You don’t have to ask permission or validation. Just show up and be the #thoughtleader! I know that’s a commonly used term now, but take your place in thought leadership. See someone else in your #industry sharing misinformation, challenge it and explain to your audience why or ignore it and just continue putting out the RIGHT info. Your job isn’t to always be liked. Actually, if you are doing it right, you will be both liked and hated. You didn’t spend years in #school, getting a million #certifications, and doing a ton of #research to be told about what YOU KNOW. If you are struggling with any of these, I have two things in the comments that can help you shift the narrative! #businesstips #leadership #masterclass #workshop #google #youtube

Exams in 5 Days – The Final Countdown Begins! In just five days, I'll be sitting for my exams, and I can confidently say that the study intensity is at an all-time high. The days have been long, the nights even longer, but every bit of effort is bringing me closer to the finish line. 📚 It's been a journey of highs and lows – moments of self-doubt followed by moments of breakthrough. There have been chapters that seemed impossible to conquer, but with persistence, they became manageable. Now, with the final push, it's about fine-tuning, revisiting core concepts, and staying mentally sharp. One thing that stands out in this process is how much discipline matters. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the pressure, the expectations, and the sheer volume of material. Every late-night study session, every difficult concept I’ve mastered, and every sacrifice made has brought me one step closer to the goal. It’s not just about passing; it’s about growth, perseverance, and proving to myself that I’m capable of handling anything life throws my way. Hey LinkedIn Community! I’m excited to start a series of posts sharing my journey over the past few months—the highs, the challenges, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. My goal is to give you a deeper look into my personal and professional growth, and I hope it resonates with and inspires you in your own journey. Preparing for a major exam was one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences I’ve had. It pushed me to my limits and taught me the true value of consistent effort, focus, and prioritizing what matters most. One of the biggest challenges I faced was balancing my study schedule with personal commitments. I had to be intentional about managing my time, saying ‘no’ to distractions, and keeping my goals in sight. What helped me the most was creating a realistic study plan and sticking to it—even on the tough days. It wasn’t always easy, but the discipline paid off. This experience reminded me that perseverance is key—even when progress feels slow, and the finish line seems far away. Every small step adds up, and the results are worth the effort. Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing a story about one of the pivotal moments during my preparation. Watch out for it—it’s a lesson I’ll never forget. Have you faced similar challenges in your personal or professional journey? I’d love to hear how you managed them. #PersonalDevelopment #GrowthJourney #ExamPreparation #Perseverance #TimeManagement #ProfessionalGrowth #FocusAndDiscipline #ContinuousLearning #MakingAnImpact #JourneyToSuccess #TheWellnessWarrior

Your Journey, your progress Stop comparing yourself to others! We've all been there, while studying or doing any other activity we start comparing ourself to others. And suddenly, bam! There goes our motivation, flying out the window. 😔 It's like an instant demotivator, isn't it? Here’s a few thing we need to remember 🎓 Healthy Competition, Not Comparison 🎓 Sure, a little friendly competition can be a good thing. It can push us to give our best But it's all about the extent. Comparing every tiny detail of your progress to someone else's isn't healthy. 🏃♀️We All Have Our Own Pace🏃♂️ We all have our own pace of learning and growing. Don't rush, don't stress. Just continue with what you are doing and trust the process 🔍 Compare with Yesterday's You 🔍 Try comparing yourself to yourself – the you of yesterday. Reflect on the progress you've made, the challenges you've overcome, and the knowledge you've gained. 📈 That's the real competition – becoming a better version of yourself ⏰ Your 1Revisions = Their 2 Revisions ⏰ Lastly if you are preparing for a exam, your two revisions might be equal to someone else's three. Quality matters more than quantity. 📖 Focus on absorbing, understanding, and enjoying the learning journey. 🧠 Hope this helps! 😃 LinkedIn Guide to Creating #StudyMotivation #ProgressNotPerfection #PersonalGrowth #ca #exams #comparision #preparation #goal #success #StayFocused #BeYourBest #SuccessMindset #RiseTogether #Empower #charteredaccountant #cs #cma #student #job #professionalgrowth
