I'm so exhausted from bedside nursing, iv done all possible courses to transition into a different role from case management, infection prevention control, quality management, every skill a service manager needs and yet for the past 2 years iv been applying without any luck. I'm at a point of wanting to change my career because nursing as much as I loved it's diversity has proven to be 1 difficult career in terms of navigating towards what makes you happy. Once employed as a bedside nurse it feels like a prison sentence for life
