McGill has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Marketing Communications Awards organized by the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). We are incredibly proud to have been chosen in the employee retention category, thanks to our innovative program called "McGill on the Move." This internal marketing and human resources campaign was specifically designed to enhance employee engagement, health, and overall well-being by encouraging employees to get outdoors and to explore the parks and trails that McGill has contributed to throughout its long history. We mapped all of our sites and incentivized employees to visit these sites and better understand how McGill is shaping communities together. The success of this wellness campaign has been truly remarkable, benefiting our employees in numerous ways. As a result, we kindly invite you to support McGill by voting for us and acknowledging our efforts to make McGill a great place to work. You can cast your vote by visiting the MCA Gallery at https://lnkd.in/eu8UkiFt and selecting the option "Vote for this Entry" by July 24 at 9 pm.

Day One Strategy has recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media & Marketing™! The 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media & Marketing™ list was launched this morning by Great Place To Work UK®, recognising Day One Strategy among the list of organisations in the small & medium category. We were delighted to receive positive feedback from our team that they enjoy working for Day One. Here is one example of an anonymous comment about our culture and their experience working for Day One: “There is a level of honesty, decency and integrity within the business and from the leaders to the team, that is unusual. That makes it a great place to work for me. There's great camaraderie: we're in this together and we succeed together. People are allowed to learn by making mistakes, like you do in life outside of work, but so rarely at your place of work, and that is great to see. Curiosity is encouraged and collaboration celebrated.” Feedback from the team, led to a number of initiatives and developments within Day One including: ⏺️Development of better performance appraisal systems and external HR ⏺️More time together in our office and having fun together ⏺️Launch of new tools to help save people valuable time ⏺️High quality training across all levels of seniority ⏺️Launch OnHand • the impact platform to help us give back to the community #GPTW #Greatplacetowork #teamwork #weallsucceedtogether
