What technology solution has pleasantly surprised you lately? I am increasingly asked for technology advice so am doing more training and research to ensure I can benefit my clients. As I’ve been doing this work, I’ve been impressed by a range of solutions but a big shout out to Zoom. During COVID, my first impression was they offered a handy and available video solution that helped us connect. Today, they offer solutions that help organizations run communications at scale, with Zoom Meeting, Events, Phone, Chat and Rooms. The capabilities, especially Rooms, are amazing and will help organisations manage and reduce costs, and provide superior experiences. Spot on Michael Clark. Within our Zoom Rooms we see organisations of all sizes making great use of digital signage, room controllers from mobile devices and even voice commands. I'm also seeing the interest in Zoom Phone continuing to accelerate and more organisations make the move from legacy onprem PBX to the cloud.
