I get it… Third-party recruitment firms, have a negative rap There’s a love-hate relationship there. A sort of necessary evil. It feels like they’ll make you look bad because you weren’t able to fill the role. I’ve been there. I have felt that myself! Maybe you’ve dealt with all the gotchas that the big firms get you with, once you sign for 25K per Physician then you realize in order to actually have them use their marketing tools It’s another $5000... and on and on and on They feel too expensive when you’re already paying a recruiter salary I get it because I’ve been on the other side leading nationwide teams, trying to determine whether or not using an outside firm has value. So what I decided to do with @TrueNorth Search Firm was take a look at all the things I do NOT want my firm to represent, the pain points I personally felt and I’m working very hard to do the opposite. I simply want to be an extension of your internal recruiting team. I’m not looking to make anyone look bad or irrelevant, I want to help you with tools and my network so we can close opportunities while freeing up your time to bring in more business. Growth and wins for all to be had! My prices are what they are with no gotchas. We’re talking 100% transparency and very clear communication.
