Meet you where you are right now. No matter where that is. That’s what I do when I’m mentoring, coaching or consulting. It means I don’t come with a fixed agenda or just give a 1-size-fits-all approach. Sure, I’ve been an FD, MD & Chair and have some interesting experience - but so what? You could well be one too and have even more. (You probably do….!) And I doubt you need more ‘experts’ to tell you what you should do. But quality time and space with a thinking partner who ‘gets it’ – now that really unlocks a challenge. I constantly assess what you need and want as we work together – adjusting and refining our focus to get it right. It’s just one of the ways I ensure I’m effective for my clients.
