Failing to do so could mean leaving significant revenue on the table. Case in point: Taylor Swift's recent concerts in Edinburgh and Dublin.
 Edinburgh (3 concerts): * This year: 92% occupancy, £446 ADR * Last year (same weekend): 85% occupancy, £190 ADR
 Dublin (3 concerts): * This year: 83% occupancy, €360 ADR * Last year (comparable weekend): 44% occupancy, €248 ADR
