We were honored and excited to partner with Prometheus Real Estate Group and the Housing Industry Foundation for a Day of Giving. The event was held at Rebekah Children's Services, an organization that provides a safe and stable home to children and families in need along with supportive services that give families an opportunity. We were able to offer our time and services to help with landscaping. Big thanks to everyone involved for making this project so awesome! We are truly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of it! #GivingBack #WeCare

It’s always nice to share good news about and from senior communities around the country. Frankly, good news comes my way much more frequently than I can keep up with, which is a sentence that put a smile on my face as I typed it. #seniorlivingnews #seniorcommunityforum #seniorliving #meadowridge

🌱 Cultivating Hope through Community Gardening & Permaculture Education 🌱 At NB2FS, we believe in the power of nature to heal and transform lives. Our mission is to end homelessness for foster youth aging out of care by providing them with opportunities to thrive. Community gardening and permaculture education initiatives not only promote environmental stewardship but also enhance the health and wellbeing of these resilient young individuals. 🌿 Why It Matters: 👩🌾 - Social Impact: Permaculture gardens are safe havens where foster youth can connect, learn, and grow together, fostering a sense of community and belonging. 🤠 - Natural Positivity: By engaging with the land, participants gain a deeper appreciation for nature and develop skills that contribute to sustainable living. 🌞 - Environmental Benefits: Community gardening and permaculture practices enrich the soil, support biodiversity, and create green spaces that benefit the entire community. 🌎 Join Us in Making a Difference: We are seeking funding for land acquisition and conservation initiatives to expand our impact. Your support can help us secure acres of land dedicated to these transformative projects. By donating, you are not only investing in the environment but also in the futures of young people who need it most. 🤝 How You Can Help: 💹 - Funding: Contributions will go towards acquiring land and developing our permaculture sites and community gardens. 🏝 - Land Donations: If you have acres of land that you are willing to donate, your gift will directly support our conservation and education efforts. Together, we can cultivate a brighter future for our foster youth and our planet. 🌟 #CommunityGardening #Permaculture #EnvironmentalStewardship #FosterYouth #Conservation #Nonprofit #SustainableLiving #DonateLand #SupportYouth 📞 Contact Us: To learn more about how you can support NB2FS, please reach out to us at 470-351-8751 🌐 Visit our website: NB2FS.com #Hope #Growth #Community #Nature #Future #Nonprofit #Charity #Fundraising #Philanthropy #Donate #SocialImpact #GivingBack #CommunityService #Support #Volunteering #Impact #NonprofitOrganization #Cause #MakeADifference #HelpingOthers

At SureCall Contact Centers, we pride ourselves on giving back to our community. Recently, our team assisted Hull Services by painting picnic tables, removing old paint, and trimming bushes. We learned that annual painting is necessary due to wear from children and sun exposure, and that the maintenance team is busy with multiple properties, often relying on volunteers. The experience was rewarding, especially learning about support programs for individuals away from home. Our efforts made a positive impact on these individuals' summer, and we encourage more volunteers to participate in community service initiatives. #ExecutiveLeadership #CEOInsights #CLevelLeadership #CorporateInnovation #CXOLeaders #BusinessPerformance #StrategicPartnerships #NYCExecutiveLeadership #LosAngelesBusinessSolutions #ChicagoCorporateStrategy #CaliforniaBusinessLeaders #DallasExecutiveDecisions #AtlantaEnterpriseSolutions #SeattleBusinessInnovation #LondonExecutiveLeadership #ManchesterBusinessSolutions #BirminghamCorporateStrategy #GlasgowBusinessOperations #LiverpoolLeadershipInsights #CorporateCultureExcellence #CanadianWorkplacePride #CultureOfInnovation

What can a tree do for underserved communities? More than you can imagine. From cleaning the air and water, to providing shade and relief, to feeding residents, to helping them connect, learn from each other, and see the value that trees bring. A tree can be a sign that a neighborhood is more than a housing project — it’s a community putting down roots for the long term. It’s an opportunity to empower residents to build equity in their homes. The trees they plant will be there for their children, for their children’s children, for generations. Everyone deserves to live near trees. Everyone. See the effects trees are having on neighborhoods and the good work of local tree-planting organizations at https://lnkd.in/g2pgavYK

The sun’s out, the schools are closed and holiday mode is in full swing. But even if you’re off work it can still be a busy time- especially if you’re struggling to think of fun activities for kids that can rival the iPad. That’s why it’s so important to take time out to breathe, recuperate and reenage with life outside your usual work and home life bubble. If you’re not going away this summer, why not look into joining some local community initiatives? After all, there’s no reason to wait until September to explore something new. 🧑🌾 From gardening and rewilding projects in local parks, to tree planting or volunteering at a fun run, there’s plenty of options to choose from. Head to your local council’s website to check out what’s on in your area. ❤️🩹 Research from the National Council for Voluntary Organisations shows that volunteering and community involvement can improve your mental health, with 77% of people saying it boosts their wellbeing. 🐇 Whether it’s learning how to protect local wildlife or using tools to repair a children’s climbing frame, getting involved in community activities can teach new skills and give you the opportunity to try things you’d never usually do. 🧑🤝🧑 It can also help you to meet people locally, making new friends and adding to your existing support networks. Do you volunteer locally? Tell us about some of the best community projects you’ve ever been involved with? #Sledge #Volunteering #Community
