MediBuddy - Such a fraudulent behaviour & Termination of Subscription 5 years in advance I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with MediBuddy. Despite subscribing until 2028, my MediBuddy Gold subscription was abruptly terminated due to an undisclosed fair usage policy. At no point was I notified about this policy, nor was it mentioned during the subscription process. Had this crucial information been transparently communicated, I would have reconsidered my decision. This lack of product clarity has resulted in my subscription being unfairly terminated, effectively wasting my money and eroding my trust in MediBuddy. Clearly your product managers need to spend more time with the actual customers here. Further, The subscription was in my father’s name, and as a senior citizen, this experience has been particularly distressing for him. It is deeply troubling to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction, especially for senior citizens who rely heavily on such services. We have already followed up on email and phone but have not received any satisfactory response so far (patient ID: 265031). Inquest was able to uncover, and promptly solve, a problem they otherwise wouldn't have even known they had if they hadn't partnered with emnify. It turns out that some of Inquest's end-users had been using more data than they were paying for, but this problem was promptly solved. Inquest was able to identify this issue via device-level data visibility provided by emnify's data streamer, which is a feature that enables you to control device useage, data, costs, and more.
