He serves as an advocate, consultant, and author, shedding light on the detrimental effects of toxic behavior in professional settings. His mission is to raise awareness of the hidden costs of incivility and provide actionable solutions to impact lives positively. His books (Go Together) and featured articles have reached readers in over 160 countries through his presentations with institutions ranging from Silicon Valley businesses to the Department of Homeland Security. Osnat (Os) Benari, VP Product, Head of Product for Emoshi.ai is a seasoned product leader with over twenty years of experience in product management. She co-founded Dragons Can Fly, a Web3 product strategy and design agency, and held prominent roles in product partnerships for BBG Ventures, AOL Studios, Verizon, and WeWork Labs. Osnat is recognized as one of the top 25 influencers in product-led growth and sits on advisory boards for Audioburst and Computer Science at Hunter College. "Starting from Scratch" marks her debut as an author. Mai Moore, Founder of Boss Me In, is dedicated to advancing inclusivity and transformation through her initiatives in the future of work. Through this organization, she bridges the intergenerational gap among women bosses, offering speaker series, mentorship, and innovation opportunities. Moore co-founded EYEJ: Empowering Youth, Exploring Justice, a non-profit organization committed to driving social justice reform and empowering underserved youth. With a background in marketing, she has directly contributed to the success of tech start-ups like Travelzoo Inc. She is also a public speaker and media presence, advocating for social impact and equity. Diana Tsai, is CEO and co-founder at Upwage, a veteran- and woman-founded startup building an AI-powered pathway to the American Dream for 53M hourly workers. She is on a mission to help hourly workers—disproportionately women and POC—find better jobs while significantly reducing companies’ time and cost to hire by using Generative AI for 24/7 candidate screening. Her life’s passion is harnessing tech for the greater good. Co-founder of Veterati.com, a tech platform that's created $160 million in jobs for the Veteran community; build alongside some of the best cofounders & operators in the startup ecosystem at twine. It’s been around 4 years since I joined Insider. In that time, we’ve celebrated many memorable, but nothing will beat the feeling of seeing our remarkable women shareholders over Times Square on #InternationalWomensDay. I joined Insider with only 1 year of working experience and was eager to learn everything I could. Here I found the opportunity to create my own way of working toward my and Insider's goals, and have my own space where I feel like I can achieve anything I set my eyes on. 🎉 I could not be prouder to be a woman shareowner at Insider! 💅 Few SaaS businesses achieve this monumental milestone. To do it as one of the world’s only woman-founded, 70% women-led, and predominantly women-owned SaaS unicorn companies - on #IWD2024 - made it even more special. Here’s why stories like ours matter:  ♀️ Female-founded companies account for under 3% of venture capital funding deals involving AI.  ♀️ Women make up just 28% of leadership positions in the Customer Experience industry globally.  ♀️ Women hold only 30% of STEM roles. We believe in merit at Moonhub 🚀, but it’s also not an excuse to be lazy. Regardless of how you evaluate candidates — all companies can benefit from opening their talent aperture to bring in more diverse candidates at the top of the hiring funnel. Today - bringing in more diverse candidates at the top of the recruiting funnel is hard because finding and engaging the 90% of non-obvious (and often diverse) candidates that are a fit for a role requires 100s of hours of combing through noise on legacy recruiting platforms that show everyone the same 10% of "first pass" matches. But - if you're lazy and just talk to whoever walks in the front door / those 10% of "first pass" matches everyone else is reaching out to, you're never going to hire as well as your competitors that are looking at 100% of the top of the funnel. Over the last 4 weeks, I’ve spent hours jumping on calls and chatting to women in the startup space. Some of the questions I asked: 👉What are you missing in your career right now? 👉What is the biggest hurdle you face in excelling/levelling up? A few things I learnt: ✨ Women want to thrive in their roles 🧭 They’re missing a community of peers in similar roles and at similar levels to soundboard ideas and situations 💪Their biggest challenges are around confidence + navigating a male-dominated workplace At the end of each phone call, I felt even more confident in what we are building here at Startmate. 💙Our newest offering (that I am PROUDLY leading) is called Ladymates Collective 💙 What is it? 🧐 – a curated membership for women in tech to upskill, connect, and grow in their career, alongside other rising stars 💫 I’m so excited to support women thrive, grow and unleash their potential 💥 Got a woman in mind who’d love something like this?
