I can't remember the exact example story shared by Yves Veulliet during Diversity Network's inclusion festival🎆 But the overall idea really stuck with me. Why not ask members of your employee resource groups to test your own products for accessibility and inclusion? Then you can go to your senior leaders with real stories about real people to advocate for building more accessible products? ✅ Senior leader engagement ✅ ERG engagement ✅ Better products

Absolutely Meera Somji: involving employees in user testings has two major benefits: 1. providing the tech and dev teams with robust and reliable data 2. additional motivation for testers as they can leverage their own expertise to the benefit of their employer or organization
