Did you know that every year Dine Out Boston chooses a local charity to support as a part of the larger program? This summer’s charitable partner is The Museum of African American History. Located in Beacon Hill, it is the largest museum dedicated to African American history in New England and since 1972, has produced exhibits and programs, and preserved historic buildings promoting the Black experience in early America. The MAAH connects visitors to inspiring, authentic representations of life in the 18th and 19th centuries. Bid on $100 restaurant gift cards from participating Dine Out Boston restaurants and support the Museum of African American History: https://bit.ly/3rWb3fy

Founder, C-Suite leader known for developing inclusive cultures focused on high performance for companies and philanthropies seeking to drive greater impact in the world
Must read report and gratitude to Giving Gap for setting the record straight with data and insights to draw attention to the critical role and high performance of nonprofits founded by Black leaders. We need more large scale philanthropy, like Fidelity Charitable Catalyst Fund, addressing the funding disparities for communities of color and their nonprofits. "Despite their unwavering commitment to addressing our country's greatest social challenges, Black leaders and their organizations are forced to navigate a funding ecosystem that unfairly advantages their white counterparts and restricts their own capacity for growth." Are you a nonprofit leader struggling to reach your annual funding goals each year? If so, let's connect.
What percentage of $11B will your organization secure this year? If you are a registered 501c3 with a program, your answer should be at least $10K in single donor contributions per year. If not...you need the Donor Hierarchy List (DHL) ™ The Donor Hierarchy List (DHL) ™ is our proven resource designed to help nonprofits build their $100K Donor List. It is especially important to the journey of nonprofit leaders and their boards because it emphasizes the importance of leveraging the right relationships at the right time with the right intentions. We just got news of another organization using the DHL to secure $15K last week. It can do the same for you, visit www.thebrandhospital.com to schedule an appointment to see how we can help your organization get on track to tap into that $11B donation pool using the DHL. #s2brandhospital #donorhierarchylist #nonprofit
Did you know? 🌟 Black households give 25% more of their income annually than white households. Nearly two-thirds of African-American households donate to organizations and causes, contributing a remarkable $11 billion each year. Let's celebrate the power of Black philanthropy and its incredible impact! 🙌🏾 Feel free to share this and spread the word! 🖤 Source: https://lnkd.in/eiJFe_ht #BPM #BlackExcellence #Philanthropy #GivingBack #CommunitySupport #community #BlackPhilanthropyMonth

Founder & CEO at Mosaic Search Partners | Diversity-Driven Legal Recruiter | Columbia Law School Alum | Skadden & Fried Frank Alum | Bar-Admitted Attorney | Nonprofit Founder
One of the best parts about managing your own firm is that you can build initiatives that pay things forward without having to convince the higher-ups it’s a worthwhile “marketing investment”. You also don't have to convince anyone that focusing on under-represented candidates is good for the “bottom line”. Both of which are ideas I had shot down by other search firms when I decided to enter the legal recruiting industry. Being able to integrate values-based policies that extend beyond immediate financial gain is one of the biggest reasons I decided to chart my own path after learning from industry greats at larger recruitment shops. I continue to strongly encourage other legal recruitment shops to follow along! Law firms donate meaningful sums of money and time to nonprofits and I see no reason why the search firms who serve them and profit from their success can’t do the same!
For every successful attorney placement, we donate $500 to a nonprofit of the attorney's choice! Today we proudly announce our donation to PETA at the request of Sandy Hao in connection with her move from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP to Winston & Strawn LLP! 🦁 Placement fulfilled by Bryson Malcolm 🦚 Bryson@MosaicSearchPartners.com
