Real #diversity and #inclusion is when you have diversity in your thoughts, in your beliefs, and in your mindset.” Today, I was reminded of my my last speaking engagement in 2019 at Crom Castle in Northern Ireland, where I said these exact words while sitting on a panel with other powerful and impactful women from across the globe. #DEI is a hot topic within companies and organizations and is a great contributor to the Great Resignation, Quiet Quitting and the empty office spaces with the reluctance of employees wanting to return to the office post Covid. It has sprung the rise of Chief People Officers in organizations, happiness and wellness initiatives.
