At Memorial Healthcare System, one way we support our employees is through student loan forgiveness because we want to help them reach their full potential as we advance toward a brighter future. Ten years ago, Rashel, Pharmacy Operations Manager, learned about the federal government’s Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF), which is designed to alleviate the student loan burden for individuals working in public service roles. Through https://ow.ly/Oq6K50TBL24, one of Memorial’s many benefits, Rashel was able to complete the process of getting $250,000 in student loans forgiven. A true caregiver at heart, Rashel has committed to helping others in similar situations by actively assisting her colleagues in navigating the PSLF program, ensuring that they, too, can benefit from student loan forgiveness. Thanks to Rashel’s guidance and support, one of her colleagues is on track to have a similar amount of student loans forgiven, and Rashel’s husband, who also works for Memorial , is on track to have his loans forgiven too. As of the last report from earlier this year, Memorial employees have linked over $74.8 million of total student loan debt through https://ow.ly/Oq6K50TBL24 for the PSLF program, with an average student loan debt of $73,999 per Memorial employee. You can experience the benefits Memorial offers, too, including student loan forgiveness, and be at the heart of exceptional care. Explore our rewarding career opportunities and apply today. https://ow.ly/7Ovt50TBL22
