Key strategies include: Enhanced Behavioral Supports like counselors and interventionists. Trauma-informed education to address the root causes of behavior. Positive Behavioral Interventions (PBIS) to prevent escalation. Behavior Plans tailored to individual students' needs. Inclusive School Culture that integrates all students. Introducing our latest Accredited training for qualified therapists who provide therapeutic support for children who have been through the adoption process. The Certificate in Post-Adoption Therapy for Children and Young People is run over two modules (39 hours teaching), each taking place online over three days. Each participant will be allocated a Consultant Practitioner who will lead them through four Individual Reflective Sessions in order to consolidate their skills and understanding. To complete the course, participants are required to pass an online Assessment on the completion of each Module.
