Thank you to our…. 🛫 Ramp Agents, who are handling all bags & deicing our aircrafts. 🛫 CSA's, who are ensuring our customers are taken care of. 🛫 Operation Agents, who are making sure our aircraft is well balanced. 🛫 Provisioning Agents, who are ensuring are planes are fully stocked. 🛫 Inflight, in making sure our passengers are safe while in the air. 🛫 Flight Ops, in ensuring our planes are up in the air. 🛫 Tech Ops, in making sure our aircrafts are safe before takeoff. 🛫 NOC, in monitoring our entire network against any disruptions. 🛫 Dispatch, in planning our flights and being quick with any reroutes, 🛫 CS&S, in handling all customer phone calls & changes. … and to ALL aviation employees!!! 💙 However, no matter what the situation has been – our Southwest warriors continue to carry a smile, and that is what working with a Servants Heart is all about.
