2moThe SOS and Mercedes ME applications of the vehicles you sell in Turkey are not active and do not work, authorized services report that they will not work, they say that the module installed in the vehicle needs to be changed, why did you install the module that will not work in the vehicles, the applications that you closed in 2019 due to Turkish legislation did not work until 2024, what will be the status of the vehicles you sold during that period? The vehicle I use has a GLB200 LTE module and Mercedes ME does not work with SOS. It is a complete shame that a brand like Mercedes is in this situation while similar applications of more ordinary vehicle brands work without any problems. There is also the absurdity that 2500 Euros should be paid for the module, since it will not work, will you return the module fee paid when selling the vehicle, or will Mercedes accept that it sold a defective vehicle?
