Our Values Based Leadership Spring Cohort has graduated! The spirit and community of the Sisters of Mercy was evident in this group of current and future Mercy leaders. We wish them continued success in their careers here! Through presentations and discussions, participants from a variety of departments learn about leadership the Mercy way through our Values Based Leadership program. Over the course of several weeks, this cohort established connections across departments, talked about how mission & values inspires everything we do, and spent time with some of Mercy's top leaders, hearing their perspective on what Leadership means to them.

Yesterday, I attended the Women’s Leadership Symposium (WLS) which is a conference focused on women’s leadership for CU Boulder staff and students and inclusive to people of all genders. It was wonderful to connect with so many incredible women and I felt inspired by the BIPOC staff and student led sessions I attended. Questions that I’m still thinking about: 1.
