Corazon Mining ASX:CZN (ASX:CZN, OTC:CRZNF) has wrapped up the latest exploration phase at the Fraser Lake Complex (FLC), part of the Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulphide Project in Manitoba, Canada. This phase included a two-hole, 869-metre diamond drilling program, focusing on high-priority conductive geophysical anomalies within the project area. The drilling targeted anomalies identified by 3D induced polarisation (IP) and magnetotelluric (MT) geophysical surveys, revealing low-tenor magmatic sulphide mineralisation indicative of the Lynn Lake style. The findings align with the historical data of the region, suggesting the presence of significant mineral deposits. Samples from the drilling have been dispatched for detailed laboratory analysis, with results anticipated later this quarter. Far Northern Resources LTD (ASX:FNR) North Queensland Exploration Update FNR is very encouraged by the success of the recent drilling program in Far Northern Queensland. The IP targets will be reassessed for further directional drilling on the Mining Lease. HIGHLIGHTS: All targets were intersected in line with the IP anomalies identified in June - See ASX announcement of 12 June 2024 (see Fig 2) •Target 1 – 83 meters of disseminated arsenopyrite and pyrite and quartz veins from 45 meters (see Fig 1). Consisting of 7 m* from 45 m, and 76 m* from 186m. •Target 2 – 125 meters of mineralization of disseminated arsenopyrite and pyrite and sulphides from 12 meters. (see Fig 1), consisting of 16 m* from 12 m, 50 m* from 54 m, 19 m* from 119 m, 12 m* from 174 m and 28 m* from 192m. •Target 3 – 144 meters containing quartz veins up to 90% with arsenopyrite, pyrite and sulphides from 31 meters. (see Fig 1), consisting of 71 m* from 31 m and 73 m* from 160 m. •Target 5 – 92 meters mineralization of disseminated arsenopyrite from 10 meters. Sunshine requires US$10.5Mil investment to further advance their flagship project, Sand River Gold, in the Witwatersrand Goldfield. Funds are required to complete Concept to Bankable Feasibility studies and for a Mining Right application. Sand River Gold has a SAMREC compliant Inferred Gold Resource of 17.63 Moz at 5,38 g/t (at a cut-off grade of 250 cmg/t) and ranks as one of the top global gold discoveries of the past 10 years. The Project borders two large gold mines, with mining activities approaching to as close as 12 metres from Sand River Gold.
