Groundhog's Day, But for Business 👌In a perfect world, Punxsutawney Phil never sees his shadow on Groundhog's Day, and spring begins to bloom on cue. 🌷🌼 In the perfect office, the workforce never experiences the obstacles or habits that hold back organizational change, and new ways of working are embraced for the long haul. 📈🏆 Okay, okay, this might sound impossible, but it's feasible with something that often gets overlooked: the power of behavioral nudges. 👀 They can help us stay on track with a high-impact behavior change, even when life gets difficult.
