As a recruiter, I think people should lean into using AI to assist with finding jobs. It will make job hunting a lot faster. It is a great low-cost assistant. The person just needs to make sure it is coming across as authentic.

8moYour Japanese system follows Japanese way, but not international way. Your staff does not understand the difference between computer science and computer chemistry. For drug development, a computer scientist have to manage about 15 years from finding target and obtaining gonernment regulation; however, the contirbution of computational chemists is very short depends on the skill and availability of computer system. If a company employ a computational chemists for one long term project, it wasts money. I do not think a company will asks many projects to one computational chemist.
