It's a weird thing, trying to figure out what to do with your life right after high school. It’s a big ask, in my opinion. Honestly - I didn’t know what to do. All I knew was that I’d suddenly lost my dad at the age of 16, and life from that point on felt very fragile and fleeting.
If I was going to make a difference in this world, I wanted to walk a path that allowed others to find meaning in their moments—not just in life, but in work too. My path started in corporate psychology, led me into talent acquisition, and then into a scalable solution through the technology at the core of my new business venture, HireGains.
