  • Yesterday Chris Wimshurst spent the day with the Reach plc team for their Commercial Kick-Off for 2025. Phoenix51 has a long-standing partnership with Reach, and 2024 was a landmark year for us together. We delivered a range of impactful projects, including the Mindset and Resilience (Thrive) Programme, upskilled the sales training team across diverse topics, and implemented a 360 Feedback Programme for the management team leveraging the Phoenix51 platform, alongside embedding the VIA Institute on Character surveys into the business culture. Now, as we step into 2025, we’re back for round two! This year, we’re introducing management leadership workshops with a strong commercial focus, covering emotional intelligence, psychology of sales, authentic leadership, and advanced people management skills. We’re also launching a bespoke one-to-one coaching programme and expanding the 360 Feedback Programme to build on last year’s successes. It’s truly exciting to be back in the room with such energy and enthusiasm. A huge thank you to Lisa Cameron, Jo Cook and the wider Reach PLC team for their trust and collaboration.
