Open to new challenges, bold, technology-savvy.
They value quality of life, personal development and work-life balance. They also grew up in the times of crisis and development in the 1990s.
𝗔𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: They expect flexibility, opportunities for development and appreciation.
They often engage in social and civic activities.

The first generation with access to modern technologies from an early age. The values of private life and personal independence are more important to them than material status. They have a great need to create social relationships.
𝗔𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: They expect understanding of their life priorities, they value respect, tolerance and partnership treatment, they want to combine work with pursuing their interests.
𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙡𝙥𝙝𝙖 - born in & after 2013.
Raised in the digital era, completely immersed in technology that has been with them since childhood, through school, work and learning various software.
They have been on the labor market relatively recently, so there is still little data on their professional behavior. However, it is predicted that they may be the best educated and wealthiest in history.
To sum up, it is worth noting that each generation has its own unique features and expectations in the workplace. Therefore, employers should adapt their management strategies to work effectively with different age groups.
