A warm welcome.
How many times have you also found yourselves entering an airport lounge and, honestly, felt that kind of sensation… 'Hmm, I was expecting something more.' Something more in terms of the environment, the food, the entertainment, and the service. Mine is a constructive observation because I am convinced that the customer should be served in the best possible way, meaning that if they feel comfortable, they will likely remain loyal over time.
Airport lounges have been starting to be rethought in terms of design and customer service for a few years now, but recently, Oneworld has launched a very interesting new space.
As interior designer Tatiana Otani Nishi from the D/DOCK studio says, the space is modern and original, and the journey is easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.
After all, even airport waiting times are part of the journey (and the experience).
