Rainbow Boats (Servings 2-4) 🌈 Ingredients For the Sauce: 1/3 cup tahini 🥄 2 tbsp. lemon juice 🍋 1 tbsp. maple syrup 🍁 Pinch sea salt 🧂 Water to thin, if needed 💧 Directions: 1. 🥣 Prepare sauce by whisking tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt in a small mixing bowl. Add water 1 tbsp. at a time, until dressing thickness is to your liking. Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Set aside. 2. 🍃 Arrange lettuce “boats” on a platter, and begin filling with 1-2 tbsp. of hummus. Firni Firni is a popular Indian rice pudding dessert made with milk, rice, sugar, and nuts. It is typically flavored with cardamom, saffron, and rose water. Firni is often served chilled and is a popular dessert during the summer months. Ingredients: 1 cup basmati rice 2 cups milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder A pinch of saffron 1 tablespoon rose water Nuts, for garnish (optional) Instructions: Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain the rice and grind it into a fine paste. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. Add the rice paste and sugar to the milk and stir constantly. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and becomes pudding-like. Stir in the cardamom powder, saffron, and rose water. Pour the firni into individual bowls or a serving dish. Ingredients 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked 2 large eggs, beaten 1 small onion, diced 1 teaspoon ground black pepper ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ salt 3 tablespoons vegetable oil Directions 1. Pick through salmon to remove any bones or large pieces of skin. 2. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir in all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. 3. Shape salmon mixture into eight 2-ounce patties. 4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Recipe for a delicious Waldorf salad Ingredients 2-3 apples, 2-3 celery sticks, 1 Gouda, walnuts, lime, salt and pepper Rockstar 1 head of cauliflower Ingredients for the Dressing "Sylter Salatfrische" 1 yolk, 2 tsp mustard, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp vinegar, 125 g canola oil, 2 tablespoons sour cream, salt and pepper Clean all ingredients and chop them in bite-sized pieces. Put all ingredients of the dressing in a separate bowl and whisk it. Pour the dressing over your salad. Let the salad sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Since the amount of the salad was quite a bit I decided to make another batch of dressing. A healthy, high protein, no bake, Blueberry Cheesecake Cup you won’t regret!🫐🍫 Ingredients: - 1 serving Oobli Cacao Dreams, shaved - ¼ cup greek yogurt - ¼ cup cottage cheese - 1 tbsp blueberry jam - 2 tbsp crushed graham cracker crumbs - ¼-½ cup blueberries Directions: • Add the yogurt, cottage cheese and ½ tbsp of the blueberry jam to a blender or food processor.
